Kevin has a full service contractor that is part of The Rollins Group. They were able to fully redo my home in just a little more than a week. "It was 2013 when I had to seek out a real estate professional specializing in the Short sale process.  I spoke with a few realtors as this was a trying time in the ownership of my home.  You see, the market was was upside down.  Values plummeted and it was a buyer's market.  The difficulties that would follow were extremely stressful, however Kevin Rollins would show himself to be one of the most dedicated Realtor's I have ever come across.  He has shown himself to be the best of the best. After seeking out advice from a few Realtors, by the Grace of God, I was able to come in contact with Kevin Rollins.  Kevin spent literally 4 years trying to sell my home in Maryland.  I should rewind to include some of the details although this short testimonial could not account for much of was accomplished by Mr. Rollins.  I was residing in Florida when we began with the dire process of applying for a short sale.  The bank had so many requirements, it took forever to meet them but Kevin worked tirelessly on submitting the documents and corresponding with the bank.  Kevin was in touch with me throughout the entire process.  He was able to produce a buyer in less than a month of the house being on the market.  Despite this, the bank, after approximately a year, decided to decline my short sale.  It was quite a disappointment.  I could not believe this.  Kevin was persistent about this short sale and attempted to reapply.  I was so discouraged.  Kevin kept my spirits up and continued to pursue the short sale.  After months of trying, I gave up.  Kevin did not but I did.  One year later, I received a call from a colleague of Kevin's.  I discussed that Kevin was very supportive in the short sale process and I would like to extend the contract to him.  Kevin could have said no.  Kevin took on the case with no issue.  He was soon to find a buyer.  When I say soon, this was less than a month and Kevin had found a buyer.  Unfortunately, this buyer did not work out.  Again, Kevin found another buyer, weeks later.  This buyer also fell through.  A third time, a buyer again within weeks.  This buyer was very interested in purchasing the property.  Again, Kevin faced difficulty with the sale as the creditors had approved the buyer but the approval fell through.  Due to the buyer requiring 6 months to requalify for the credit approval, contracts were revised and re-signed all under Kevin's supervision.  Finally, a sale in August of 2016.  Kevin had even attained money back from transaction due to the 6 month delay.  I could not tell you how many times, Mr. Rollins encouraged me to keep going.  He is truly an exceptional human being."

"Life decisions often are the impetus which starts the ball rolling in the real estate world. These decisions are often tough to make and emotions run high. The decision to get married required me to sell two houses and my fiancee to sell one. At the same time we decided to build "our" home that we would live in for the rest of our lives. The sale of the first two houses went off without a hitch. As the finish date of "our" new home neared we knew we had to sell my townhouse in Silver Spring, MD. But, should we try to sell it on our own? My husband-to-be had been impressed with Remax 2000 from a past transaction so we called and spoke with Kevin Rollins. That was our lucky day. Kevin came to our home and listed our home that same Sunday evening. When we arrived from work the following Monday, the side walk was filled with people who wanted to see our home. Kevin was there, putting a sign up and putting a lock-box on. He set up an attractive display with facts about our home and actually took people through the home. He was there almost daily and called us frequently. By the fourth day four offers had been submitted and we accepted the fourth on which was $3,900 over the list price. Kevin at all times had our best interest in mind. He worked out the details of the transaction with the other Realtor and we had little that we had to do prior to settlement. In addition, he worked out a rent back agreement for us so we would have time to prepare for the move into our new house. He even had the title company ask for a second payoff due to the mortgage company cashing an old check at the last minute. His performance was impeccable!
